DEPOSIT & METHODS OF PAYMENT
Forward your booking request online or by email to kaskar@shalimar.co.za. We shall respond with your confirmation and allocate your booking reference number. Thereafter a deposit of R2,000 per passenger will be required to secure booking. The balance of the tour price is payable no later than one month prior to departure.


Cancellation & Booking Changes
Booking Fee deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Additional charges will be levied for any direct costs incurred by us in the event of a late cancellation or reduction in the number of guests upon arrival. Once final payment has been received it becomes non-refundable. Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing. No booking variations or amendments will be honoured unless you are in receipt of a written undertaking from Management. Refunds in price are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures.
